This privacy policy governs your use of the software application FindRestaurant for mobile devices that was created by HSU LI-SHENG. The Application is for finding restaurants according some rules, ex: Location, Rating, Price and so on. Your use of the Application signifies that you agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not use the Application.
When you install Application on your device I use the following types of information from you:
(1.) GPS : When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map with relevant advertisements and functions.
(2.) Identifiable information : We may collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us, such as your name, address, phone number or email address. If authorized by you, we may also access profile and other information from services like Facebook. Our systems may associate this personal information with your activities in the course of providing service to you (such as pages you view or things you click on or search for).
We will not share your current location with other users or partners. If you do not want us to use your personal data for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the related services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.
We will remove personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, email or phone number) and other preferences associated with your account promptly after you contacting us to remove.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
I will not trade, rent or sell your information to third parties.
Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Application, such as User Content, becomes available to the public. Once you have shared User Content or made it public, that User Content may be re-shared by others.
Your information may be stored and processed in any country in which Application maintains facilities. In this regard, or for purposes of sharing or disclosing data as described in this Privacy Policy, I reserve the right to transfer information outside of your country. By using the Application, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
In addition, due to the inherent nature of the Internet and related technology, I do not guarantee the protection of information under my control against loss, misuse or alteration.
Occasionally, at my discretion, I may include or offer third party products or services in my applications. These third party services have separate and independent privacy policies. I therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked applications. Nonetheless, I seek to protect the integrity of my applications and welcome any feedback about these applications.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
