This privacy policy governs your use of the software application 過期物品管家-Grocery & Expired for mobile devices that was created by HSU LI-SHENG. The Application is for monitoring the expiration date of everything like food, drink and so on. Also, it can be used to creating shopping lists and reward cards' information so that users can conveniently monitor all relative things in the single application. Your use of the Application signifies that you agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not use the Application.
When you install Application on your device I use the following types of information from you:
(1.) GPS : When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map with relevant advertisements and functions.
We will not share your current location with other users or partners. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application.
(2.) CAMERA: We may use camera to capture some photos controlled by user within and display items for some functions.
We will not share the photos with other users or partners. If you do not want us to use your camera in device for the purposes, you should not grant the permission for the mobile application located in your mobile phone settings.
(3.) GET ACCOUNTS: We use the account information as a group for backup data on user's cloud storage(e.g: Google Drive or Dropbox) and distinguish different user.
We will not share the data with other users or partners. If you do not want us to use your account information in device for the purposes, you should not use the backup functions in application.
(4.) READ/WRITE STORAGE: We use the storage of scard as a local cache such as the photo of materials and reward cards or the relative operation data in the application.
If you do not want us to use your account information in device for the purposes, you should not use the relative functions such as take photo or backup data.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
I will not trade, rent or sell your information to third parties.
Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Application, such as User Content, becomes available to the public. Once you have shared User Content or made it public, that User Content may be re-shared by others.
Your information may be stored and processed in any country in which Application maintains facilities. In this regard, or for purposes of sharing or disclosing data as described in this Privacy Policy, I reserve the right to transfer information outside of your country. By using the Application, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.
